Il s'agit d'une affiche (jaune, bleu, rose, vert et brun sur papier blanc) annonçant la 5ème rencontre internationale femmes et santé qui a lieu du 23 au 28 mai 1987 à San José au Costa Rica. L'affiche est signée par les organisations suivantes: CEFEMINA (Centro Feminista de Información y Acción); CMF (Centro Nacional para el Desarrollo de la Mujer y la Familia); MCJD (Ministerio de Cultura, Juventud y Deportes).
Dessin. Tête de femme et paysage (palmier, eau, pilotis avec toits en tôle, immeuble, colline). Soleil transformé en globe terrestre avec des visages de femme.
