Il s'agit d'une affiche (bleu, noir, vert et rouge sur papier blanc) appelant à voter contre la construction d'une autoroute de contournement lors de la votation cantonale du 15 juin 1980 à Genève. Il s'agit d'une affiche du Groupe de cultivateurs genevois, représenté par Charly Matthey-Doret, Chêne-Bourg, Genève.
Dessin de la carte géographique du canton de Genève avec le lac Léman et le Rhône. Au milieu, un symbole d'autoroute déchire le canton.
